We're a freeze-drying company with a sweet tooth
Iconic Freeze started with a simple question: what happens if you put your favourite sweets and fruit through a freeze-dryer? The answer turned out to be a snack worth building a company around.
How it began
A home freeze-dryer, a lot of trays of strawberries, and friends who kept asking for more. We outgrew the kitchen and set up a small production space in Beirut.
What we make
Two lines: single-ingredient freeze-dried fruit, and freeze-dried candy for when you want the crunch with the fun. Plus bundles for gifting.
