We're a small operation, which means quality control is hands-on. Here's what that looks like in practice.
Sourcing
We buy fruit in season and prep it quickly. Candy comes from suppliers we've vetted for consistency.
Batch records
Every production run has a batch code. If something's off, we can trace it back to the tray.
In-line checks
Operators check moisture, crunch and appearance before a batch is cleared for packing.
Packaging
Sealed, opaque, resealable packs protect the product from moisture and light between us and you.
Allergens. Allergen information is printed on every pack. Our facility also handles tree nuts — check the pack before consuming if that matters to you.
We don't make medical, dietary or weight claims. "Better-for-you" refers to our ingredient choices, not a health outcome.
