Shipping

We ship from Beirut. Available delivery areas and fees are shown at checkout.

You will receive an order confirmation, and a status update as your order moves through fulfilment.

Order tracking

Every order confirmation includes a private tracking link. It shows the order reference, status and items only — no personal details.

Returns

Because our products are food, we cannot accept returns of opened packs for hygiene reasons.

If a pack arrives damaged, or your order is incorrect, contact us within 7 days with your order reference and a photo and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible with your order reference.
