What is freeze-dried candy?

It's regular candy or fruit that has had its moisture removed under vacuum at low temperature. It keeps its shape but becomes light and crunchy, and the flavour concentrates.

Do I need to refrigerate it?

No. A sealed pack is designed to be stored at room temperature in a cupboard. Once opened, reseal the pack and finish it within a few days for the best crunch.

How long does it keep?

Each pack is printed with a best-before date. Store it sealed, cool and out of direct sunlight until then.

Is it healthy?

We don't make health claims. Freeze-drying doesn't add anything — but candy is still candy. Full ingredient and allergen information is on every pack.

What are the ingredients?

Fruit products are usually a single ingredient (the fruit). Candy products list their ingredients on the pack. We keep labels short and readable.
